At Sananda Jewellers, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.
1. Order Cancellation
a) Standard Jewellery Orders
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation, provided the item has not been dispatched or processed.
- Once an order is dispatched or prepared for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
b) Customised & Made-to-Order Jewellery
- Orders for customised, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
- This is due to the personalized nature and precious material value of the product.
2. Returns & Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or incorrect product delivery.
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
- Jewellery must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition with invoice and certification.
Note:
- Jewellery that has been worn, altered, damaged, or tampered with is not eligible for return or exchange.
- Design preference or change of mind is not considered a valid reason for return.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are initiated only after the returned item passes quality and purity inspection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be credited through the original mode of payment only.
Deductions (if applicable):
- Making charges
- Taxes or government levies
- Handling or logistics costs
4. Price Fluctuation Disclaimer
- Precious metal prices (gold, silver) are market-dependent and fluctuate daily.
- Refund amounts will be calculated based on the prevailing rate at the time of refund, after applicable deductions.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable and non-returnable:
- Customised or engraved jewellery
- Coins, bars, and bullion
- Discounted or clearance items
- Items purchased during special offers (unless defective)
6. Shipping & Return Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for safe packaging and insured return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
- Sananda Jewellers is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit.
7. Cancellation by Sananda Jewellers
We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases such as:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or technical errors
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
In such cases, a full refund will be issued without deductions.
